Although the location is beautiful, the property is dated and in the middle of renovations - there is disrepair and construction equipment through out. Neither of our rooms had luck with tv connections. I was also surprised that parking was not included in the exorbitant price of the hotel room.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting near Lake Louise. Excellent restaurants and transportation to ski areas. Also has activities like cross country skiing and snowshoeing that we would have done if there was more time.
