  • Ideal for running, fitness, water sports, yoga and pilates, on- and off-road adventures, as well as everyday casual wear.
  • Fit Tips:
    1. Insert foot, slipping each toe into the individual toe pockets. It may work best to begin with the big toe.
    2. After each toe is in place, slip heel in and adjust until it is snuggly in place.
    3. Secure the strap, making sure it lies flat across top of foot. Wiggle toes and adjust strap until you find the ideal fit.
  • Thin, abrasion-resistant stretch polyamide and breathable mesh upper materials.
  • Upper envelopes the foot to help keep debris out.
  • Individual toe pockets promote muscle strengthening in the feet and lower legs, as well as improve balance, agility and range of motion.
  • Adjustable, hook-and-loop Hypalon® strap wraps the top of foot through the heel for a secure fit.
  • Heel pull loop for an easier on and off.
  • 2mm, microfiber footbed offers light underfoot cushioning.

After reading the reviews, I bought one size up. ( I normally wear a 45 and ordered a 46). This was a big mistake. After two 4 mile runs, I realized that the shoes weren't comfortable because they were too big. A bit saggy in the toes and the little toe never fit in place. They are more like socks than running shoes, so they should fit more tightly. So I advise buying your true size. After contacting Zappos and explaining the situation, they immediately sent me the proper size and accepted my worn shoes without any problems. Thank you Zappos for the great customer service. My new shoes fit great, are super comfortable and are easy to get on. I recommend them!!

The size listed was M39. These are much smaller than what I normally wear as a Men's US 9. Once I got my toes in (the pinky toe felt pinched) I couldn't get the shoe past my heels on either foot. Returning for next size up if available. In the past 10 years, I've gone up from a 8.5 to a 9 so, I'm usually in a loose-ish 9 shoe.

Bought these mainly for use in kayaking and for a paddle board. Once I got them on my feet they felt like a second skin. However, getting them on takes a little longer than I wanted. Could be that I have strange feet where some of my toes (mainly my pinky toe) likes to hug its neighbor. Getting them to all go in their own little finger "hut" takes some patience.
