So very sad about this app. So many functions of the Leo's Loo Too itself outperformed the Litter Robot 4,except the app. It's practically unusable, there is so much potential given the features of the box but the simplest things (like customizing the name of your cat[s], so it can recognize multiple) aren't there. Theres also settings that don't make sense (like temperature F° or C°). It's never been updated - PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR USERS! We want an app that's not 2 yrs old :( returning for LR4

I'm not sure if it's the app itself or the communication between the litterbox and the app...either way this app is nearly useless! I have 2 inside cats and according to the app they only use the litter box 1-2 times a day total between the both of them...thats obviously not right! Yesterday it said the litter box was only used once all day! If it's not keeping track of this properly it probably won't tell me when drawer needs cleaning either. Very disappointed to stay the least.

I have the Leo's Loo Too. And I don't think I've ever had more issues with an app. I took me 8 hours the get my litter box to pair with the app, and it when it's paired, it actually won't stay online for more than 4 or 5 days. I've woken up with the litter box half-rotated because the drawer was full and a clump was stuck in the chute, but I had no idea because my app was offline for 3 days. When it's online, I get no notifs. ETA: Now, box only online for <1hr.
