O U R ∙ I T E M S
Our knitwear is lovingly handmade in Nepal. As our items are handmade this means that no two are exactly alike. Our items may vary slightly in colour and in size as per the nature of handmade goods. These are not classed as faulty as each piece is unique.
Our knitwear is mostly made with 100% Sheep Wool and our sheep are from New Zealand. Due to the nature of real wool this may have a slight woolly smell which can easily be aired out by hanging this outside.
Our items will either have a square faux leather label, a rectangle faux leather label or no faux leather label depending on which of our lovely knitters as made this item.
Regrettably we cannot specify which variation you will receive.
S I Z I N G
Each of our items are lovingly handmade in Nepal, as they are handmade this means no two are exactly alike. Our items may vary in size due to the nature of handmade knitwear. Our clothing range varies from fitted items to oversized so please carefully read the items description for the style of fit.
We highly encourage customers to provide their relevant measurements so we can assist in ensuring we get the best fit possible for you.
Example of information provided for a jumper:
‘Chest37”, Neck to Hem25” fit oversized’
Please note that providing your measurements will not mean you will receive a custom fitted garment, this information will enable our team to carefully select the best fit for your measurements and desired fit.
C A R E ∙ I N S T R U C T I O N S
Please carefully consider the care instructions provided on each item you are interested in, our care instructions are as per the knitters recommendation to ensure the item will not shrink or disfigure.
Please avoid machine washing our knitwear, we recommend hand washing in cold/lukewarm water as washing machines are often not calibrated well enough to ensure a 30 degree wash is truly 30 degrees. Knitwear WILL shrink if washed at a higher temperature than 30 degrees.
D E L I V E R Y ∙ I N F O
Due to Etsy Privacy Policy we do not receive your email address or phone number to provide to the courier for tracking updates, we recommend customers follow their tracking link on Etsy and provide this information to the courier via receiving tracking updates.
Buyers are responsible for arranging all re-deliveries and collections of the parcel so we highly recommend this.
Please note most couriers will automatically return the item to the sender if they do not hear from the customer with regards to delivery information.
I N T E R N A T I O N A L ∙ D E L I V E R I E S
Our office is based in London, United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside of the UK you WILL be charged import taxes and handling fees in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel.
These charges will depend on the country you are in and the value of the item.
We are not charging customers outside of the UK VAT so the charges you are paying are per your countries import laws.
If you decide to not pay the custom fees for your order you will only be refunded on the parcel being returned to our office. Parcels that are refused can take months to return back as couriers do not prioritise these.
Please take into consideration when you place your order that you will be charged import fees when you order from the UK.

We aim to ship all orders either the same working day or next working day.
We work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Bank Holidays.
S H I P P I N G ∙ T I M E S
We ship all UK Standard Delivery orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you choose to upgrade your order to Express (within the UK) we currently ship with Parcelforce 24.
We ship all International Standard Delivery orders with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
If you choose to upgrade your order within the US, Canada or Australia your order will ship with UPS.
If you choose to upgrade your order within Europe your order will ship with Parcelforce Euro.
Regrettably we’re currently unable to Express ship outside of the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Europe.
D A M A G E D ∙ I T E M S
If your item has arrived damaged please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with photos of the damage in good lighting.
R E T U R N S ∙ P O L I C Y
If you’re not happy with your item and wish to return it please reach out to us first so we can assess the issues and try to resolve it first.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returns postage.
We recommend returning with a tracked service. Please ensure the customs information states it is returned goods. Any customs fee's we're charged due to incorrectly labelled returns will be deducted from your refund.
We must receive items back at our office before processing a refund. When items have been returned they will be processed as soon as possible, this can take up to 14 working days.
Items must be in brand new condition (unworn with tags attached) to be applicable for a refund.
R E T U R N S ∙ P O L I C Y
You must inform of us of the return within 14 days of receiving your order and it must be returned within 14 days of informing us.
We cannot accept any returns after the 30 day window.
Postage is refunded only for faulty/incorrect items. If an item doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't fit, you can return it within 30 days, but postage costs won't be refunded in those cases.
Do not ship returns back with an express service like Special Next Day or 1 Day Delivery - we will not refund postage on faulty items when express shipped back to us, only by Standard Royal Mail 48/2nd Class.
Your must include order information with your return. Without it, we won't be able to identify the order and process the refund accordingly.
