We are really enjoying prioritizing our hydration. My daughter recently took them on an overnight. She said they were a real lifesaver after so little sleep. She said she felt the difference right away when she took them first thing in the morning. We appreciate the variety of flavors (very mild) and cost. I researched a lot of others and this was the best and more affordable. It also uses stevia instead of sugar. That was a big deal to me. So many others have sugar as a main ingredient.

    I really like these! I usually order LMNT but spend twice as much for the same amount. I was looking to try another kind that didn’t break the bank but still were tasty and chemical free.
    These are much less flavorful than lmnt but I would say it’s in a good way. They have a more faint and less sweet punch when you drink them but it feels right. Not too sweet and not too strong tasting, but still tasty and hydrating. I like the way they make me feel, and there’s no sugar in them. Also no artificial sweeteners, only stevia. I got the multi flavor pack and so far I’ve liked every flavor. Definitely worth giving a try!

    I originally bought these and was thinking I could not take these from a doctor so it took me a while to try. It almost tastes like Gatorade. I recommend using the 16fl oz size, otherwise it can taste salty and bitter. The 30 day pack worked great. The package is easy to tear and it mixes pretty well, sometimes you have to let it sit in the water for a few minutes for some clumps to go away. It’s not gritty at all once mixed. I feel better after taking it and love that it’s all clean ingredients. And it’s sweetened with Stevia. It’s is a bit pricey but the product itself is good.

    I recently tried Nextar hydration packets. I was drinking to much water losing to many electrolytes. Staying hydrated is crucial! Nectar has made I t easy and enjoyable.     Ok, so I purchased this for my upcoming trip where my friend and I will be doing a lot of hiking. I purchased because there are no artificial colors or flavors, it’s non GMO, and it doesn’t have artificial sweetener. I got the tropical variety pack and tried the grape in order to write this review. It is a very light flavor. I agree with other reviewers that it is neither too sweet or too salty. I’d almost say it’s perfect except I was hoping the flavor would be a bit stronger. I do think that I will get used to the lightness in flavor and actually prefer it as I use it more.
    The only real criticism I have is that it is a challenge to fully dissolve the powder in very cold water. I found myself shaking the bottle quite a bit to get it to mix - but I suspect this is due to it being a more natural product with fewer ingredients, which I see as a positive.
