I love this! It's definitely sticky but that's due to the consistency, which is fine. I will say this product definitely moisturizes, last a long time, and works! The only con is the amount in the tube vs. price just doesn't add up for me. While I loove this, and will use it. Probably wont purchase again, unless there is a larger size available.

    The best lip balm/mask I’ve ever used. I use it at night applying before bed. My lips are so plump, soft and smooth. Once this balm heats up it’s incredibly easy to apply and feels amazing. I wake up with balm still on my lips, stays locked in. I’ve tried every single balm on the market, none work as well as this. Lips are transformed. Non addictive like other products on the market.

    I have always had very dry lips that chap easily. I am always looking for and trying out different lip moisturizers. Some are so light that they wear off too quickly, some are too sticky and some just don’t moisturize. This is perfect. I put it on before bed and when I wake up my lips are still moisturized. It is not too greasy either. I use this brand’s other lip glosses during the day and their hand products. I will not need to continue the search for the perfect lip products.

    BURNED LIPS IMMEDIATELY! I have used Lanolips before with no issue, laneige and others. Had high hopes this 12 hour one would be similar to the Bite Agave Lip mask that I used to use. Immediately after putting this on my lips it began to burn. It continued to burn with increasing intensity. I DO NOT recommend!

    If you were a fan of the OG Bite Agave Lip Mask, there’s a good chance you’ll enjoy this product. Any differences in effect, texture, or lasting power are imperceptible to me.

    A major dissimilarity in experience, however, is you will probably feel some level of stinging—the package does warn you that the stinging is to be expected upon initial application due to the ingredient Vitamin C. For me personally, the stinging lasts longer when my lips are in worse condition, so the discomfort will either completely subside or continue to feel like a mild lip plumper. This may or may not be a deal breaker for some people.

    For those who are curious about a comparison to lanolin alone, I far prefer this lip mask because it has a thicker texture and smells slightly sweet (masking the natural lanolin smell that I find hard to tolerate). To me, pure lanolin feels too slippery and oily once it’s melted and settled in, but this lip mask retains some heft and a bit of stickiness.

    This lip mask’s level of stickiness helps it last throughout the night even after some has transferred off onto my pillow while sleeping. Some people won’t like this for daytime use because long hair will stick to your lips at least a little bit, but I enjoy it because the product doesn’t just jump ship onto whatever cup or straw I’m drinking from. It’s far from the stickiest lip product I’ve ever tried, but maybe skip this if you know you enjoy only lip oils for this reason.
