    This is my first Phillips toothbrush, and I’m really enjoying it. While it is quite pricey, the payout is in minimizing issues at the dentist’s chair. I really appreciate that the app helps manage time spent in each area of the mouth, pressure, and scrubbing. It also enables you to flag problem areas requiring additional attention, reminding you to take extra care there. After reading some of the comments regarding concerns with charging via a cup, I was also concerned regarding how this may look. That said, I was surprised to see that there is an alternative option for a separate charging stand which is smaller in size and enables the toothbrush to stand upright. I prefer this option, and think it looks very clean and organized. I will second that the travel case does not charge the toothbrush itself. However, I consider this an extra luxury (an electric of toothbrush of this size is NOT one I would have ever considered “travel size” in the first place - a bit of clunkiness should be expected). I would be just as satisfied to pack the charger separately or temporarily opt for a non-electric toothbrush for lengthy travel. All in all, I’m very satisfied with the quality of this toothbrush.

    I have been a sonicare user for almost 10 years. The quality of the product is amazing and if there is ever an issue with the product, their customer service is outstanding. So I am not a twice a day, or even regularly floss and my dentist is always amazed at how little to no build up I have on my teeth and never have any dental issues. The different cleaning modes is a great option and having the ability to change the vibration intensity. Yes, the price may seem a bit high, but to have healthy teeth and gums and never need expensive dental work, I would say it is worth the cost.

I have no idea if the replacement is coming. If it does it will be white not black. Currently I paid 217.00 for a Sonic Care that doesn't work. Steer clear of the product

    I prefer these over any other electric toothbrush I have had. Before buying this unit I bought the higher end Oral B. Now I am back with Sonicare. Noise level is as expected for an electric toothbrush. Durable (although if you use to much force to brush with i notice it takes away from longevity of life), good design. Cost is always the big downfall for electric toothbrushes but I've gone the higher end models and don't push too hard and I find value in the money that way.

    I owned a cheaper Sonicare for almost ten years. It finally broke (brush head mount seemed to disconnect from the motor) this spring. I replaced it with the DiamondClean 9300 for the app connectivity and pressure sensor. After six months of normal use it broke, same issue I experienced with my older toothbrush. The brush head didn't vibrate correctly and the base made significantly more noise than it should. After navigating Amazon's support structure and registering with Phillips for replacement (covered under the two year warranty) I got my new toothbrush base and sent the old one back. I've only been using the new one for a month, I'll report back if the first was a fluke or if I end up with another warranty claim in five months. Rating would be five stars except for durability to date.

    I switched to this toothbrush from the well know competitor. The Philips is superior in the overall ease of use. I also feel my teeth are cleaner. Love the cup charger that is an actual glass cup over top of the charger! Being able to quickly dump the toothbrush into the cup to charge without having to align is very convenient. Any drips or residue falls into the cup and it's a breeze to rinse/clean. The heads are a nice size and softness. I'm very happy. I bought another one for a family member!

    Gone are the days when a toothbrush was just a toothbrush.

    This is my fourth electric toothbrush and by far the most automated I’ve owned.

    At first glance the brushing guidance via Bluetooth seems rather superfluous, but I have quickly learned that it is valuable. Besides tracking how I brush, the instant feedback is making me more accountable for the job I do twice a day.

    The brushing system is expensive, but well worth it if you want your teeth to last a lifetime.

    This is the second one I purchased, as I was happy with my own and bought one for my husband. It has a great charge, that lasts a long time when traveling. I like that you can remove the brush part, for packing. I also love that it comes with its own glass, for charging, and when rinsing your mouth. Mine has lasted quite a long time. It is the brand that my dentist recommends.
