I am a rice lover and have tried many kinds of rice; however, Mihan Super Basmati is really super for the following reasons:
1. It is NGO (organic).
2. It has as high as 6% protein (highest among many kinds of rice in the market), 4% fiber, and 12% carbohydrate.
3. It has great texture, aroma, and taste.
4. I do not rice cooker and use a ceramic pan and I stir and watch the cooking for 25 min. I use for one cup of rice with nearly two cups of water which yields almost 2 or 2.5 cups after cook.
5. Because it has low carb and high fiber, it can be easily be mixed and cooked with beans and vegetables.
6. After cook, the length and width of the rice become almost twice with a rather beige color.
7. Because of low carb and high fiber, it is not sticky and after cook, its shape and beauty are preserved.
