These bulbs are great when they work but when they don’t, it’s frustrating but they don’t have to be. If you are having issues with a particular bulb follow the manufacturer’s recommended steps to reset the bulb and give it another try. Don’t use google home or Alexa to manage them, these bulbs are not reliable with them. Just use their app (Cync), it works fine and offers more features anyways.
I initially had major connectivity issues and was ready to pack them up and send it back to Amazon until I found out how to reset the bulbs. I’ve had them for a few weeks and I haven’t had a single connectivity issue because again… I use their app.
Awesome product, I would recommend it for anyone wanting to light up their room with fun effects/colors. I work from home and during the winter when it gets dark it’s nice to have a dimmable light that’s not just you’re typical daylight/warm colors
