Professional, prompt, friendly convos/customer service. Fast turnaround and delivery; very well packaged. And the bed itself is amazing!!! Extremely high quality. I love the modern Scandi, functional, innovative design. The fact this requires zero hardware or tools is incredible. And Blake is right about how they fine tune the beds to be squeak-free--I've been sleeping on this for a week and have not heard one squeak. It's a work of art and technical mastery, imo. The price point is excellent for this quality of bed. And I love that there's enough room under the bed for storage--I live in a small space and need all the storage I can get. Buy it, you won't regret it. :)
