It seems pretty sturdy and has 5 different ways to adjust it (seat height, seat depth, back reclining/locked, back recliner tension/resistance, and armrest height). It's also a good size for someone about 175-200 lbs (although it supports up to 275 lbs) and is comfortable to sit in.

This chair is a bit expensive but once you sit on it, you can tell why it is priced the way it’s priced. I am 5.4, petite and this chair fits perfectly to me. The cushion is soft and has a bit of bounce to it, like using a new pillow. You get to decide the back and seat distance. It hugs and holds my back perfectly for my long hours of working.
I see only 2 drawback for me and that is, #1 if the seat width would have been a bit bigger, this would be a perfect chair. (I like to sit in a lotus position while working). Given the price, I was shooting high.
#2 I had to buy the head rest separately making the total of this chair - $600
