AVOID Avoid avoid... Broken for months and they laugh

Received this in December and after getting it set up, the control board went out in late January. So while there was power going to the machine, it is in an unusable state. No ability to turn on the screen in and all controls are locked out. After getting the runaround from the support group, where they initially said they would get me a new part by the following week, they went radio silence. Then after having to call them back to get a status update, they finally admitted that it was on back order and I would not receive it for several months. After 2 months of waiting I finally received the part, only to be told I can't get a repair technician until the end of this month. This means I've had a brick for just about 4 months by the time they finally get it around to repairing it under warranty. During my calls with them they indicated that they would not provide me any extended warranty before their lack of support and their backorder of parts. Burning through a third of my warranty on a brick based on their company issues is not a great feeling. Outside of the issues that I've had from the machine I would also caution people that the software is outdated and limited in capacity. After using a NordicTrack over a the local University gym I wish I would have gone that direction instead.

So far I really like this treadmill. It is quieter than my last one, a Proform, and it also feels more sturdy. It was hard to put together given its size and weight.

How often do you need to lubricate the belt that you walk / run on?
