Works great and smells amazing
Love this dry shampoo. I’ve tried a ton and this one doesn’t leave residue and soaks up the oil well. Sometimes I feel like I have to use a lot of it / go through the bottle quickly, but it’s the best brand I’ve tried.

    I am so impressed with Drybar Dry Shampoo! I’ve tried a lot of dry shampoos over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. First off, it has a light, refreshing scent that isn't overpowering, which I love. The texture of the product is really fine, so it doesn’t leave any visible residue or that chalky feeling you can get with some other dry shampoos.

    I have thick, oily hair, and this stuff absorbs excess oil really well, making my hair look and feel fresh, even on day three (or sometimes four!) after washing. It adds volume without weighing my hair down, which is a major plus. I’ve also noticed it doesn’t leave any buildup like other dry shampoos, so my scalp doesn’t feel gross after a few uses.

    One of my favorite things is its easy application—just a few quick sprays at the roots, and I’m good to go. Plus, the can lasts long, so it’s worth the price. I’ve used it in between washes for work, travel, and even before heading out for a night out, and it always delivers.

    It left my hair flat and not quite greasy but clumpy like I had used too much cconditioner. Just in case - I skipped my leave-in conditioner and tried using more and shaking harder before spraying. There wasn't much improvement. But! Either I was using more than I thought, the bottle was half empty when I got it, or the nozzle broke (or all three) but it was empty / stopped working after four uses.

    This product doesn't feel heavy or sticky. It took me a minute to learn how to apply the dry shampoo, (spray the roots, let sit while you do your make up) but once I learned you need to let it dry/soak up the oils, it works beautifully and the scent is delightful.

    brunette version discontinued a year ago. they are putting in the regular bottle. drybar refuses to accept responsibility and is placing their manufacturing mistake on amazon. will not work with you. amazon was great but if you are blond and used to white powderish spray, this is not what you will receive. I did a test on Kleenex of 5 bottles from 2 different orders and something happened during manufacturing on drybar end and they passed to amazon. not ok.

    do not order unless you want the brunette version.

    ive used their products for 3-5 years and have gotten my brunette sister the other version. I know for a fact that this product is in wrong bottle. would bet my 401k on it.

    This seems to be a different formula. I used to swear by this stuff. This is the first bottle I’ve bought in 2025, and I hadn’t purchased in about a year. I’m not sure if the formula has changed, but there is very little decrease of oiliness after use. The old formula used to also add volume and this does not. It does smell nice, though.
