Loved the breakfast. Our flight was cancelled so we lost one day at the hotel and they did nothing for us like a room upgrade. I was there to celebrate my 70th Birthday and i emailed them before my trip to let them know and also told them when i arrived and they did nothing to make it special for me.

Exceptional customer service from everyone at this luxury hotel. The gym is very well equipped and the pool is a great temperature. Would definitely recommend the Japanese and Portuguese restaurants. Booking our next trip!

Room maid service was often late but room itself was very good. The Hotel was impressive in its public rooms and guest facilities. Only the Pau de Lume restaurant disappointing but three others tried were very good. Spectacular and convenient.
