    So let me start out bysaying i got 12 bandages like the product says im guessing the warehoise messed up the orders where everyone got just one.

    For $8 these things aren't to bad. They are very thin course woven, so i guess you could say they "breath very well" lol. But seriously the edges are just loose cloth so you could probably unravel it by blowing on it really hard. But as these are an emergency, temporary, get all bloody and gross type of thing, so im fine with that. They are also reasonably strong, and you could safely use it for an arm sling.

    The package is also a bit of a problem for me, it was a big plastic bag with one peice of tap holding it sorta closed. Then the little individual ziplock bags were stuffed in there and some were open. So from the factory through shipping and everything those were open... Definitely NOT sterile in any way shape or form, which is ok i guess.

    Overall not bad.

    I not only use these at every first aid class that I teach, I find they are so valuable in a first aid kit that I give one to each student to take home and put in their personal kit. They have many uses other than just a triangle bandage and I teach each of the uses at my classes. I have ordered hundreds over the years and will continue to do so.

    I'm very happy with this product, received from BP Medical and made in China for Ever Ready First Aid.

    The package contained 12 individually/neatly-wrapped triangular bandages, each with two safety pins. The bandages were 100% cotton, as advertised -- not some papery junk -- and were of a closely-woven muslin. The advertised size of each is 40" x 40" x 56", and those I measured were in the 37-38 x 37-38 x 60-plus range ... which is fine, given the uses for this type of bandage (a/k/a a cravat).

    In short -- a simple, useful and well-made product.

    If you are putting together multiple first aid kits, these are a must.
    They seem fairly sturdy.
    My only negative was the box they were packed in was a bit flimsy and jacked up (hence only 4 stars on presentation). That could easily be how it was handled during shipping.
    However, each item is bagged separately, so no harm done.
