Who We Are

Hair Rules started as a revolutionary guide to hair care for curly textures, written by Celebrity Stylist and “Texture Guru”, Anthony Dickey in 2003. Following the success of this guide, Dickey started his own line of products with the ultimate goal of helping individuals to embrace their hair’s unique texture.

for curly styles, apply quarter-size dollop to wet, freshly cleansed and conditioned hair. or apply directly after shampooing. do not rinse out. for straight styles, apply nickel-size dollop to start, add more product based on the thickness and length of your hair, blow dry straight. can also be used for wet setting.

    I have been using Hair Rules products for a while now and this particular bottle of Leave in Conditioner is like none of the other Hair Rules Leave in Conditioners I have purchased before. It's a very strange consistency - almost liquid - it seems diluted or maybe past its sell by date (if there is one) and it just disappears into my hair without any real "conditioning" which has NOT been the case before...I am not happy and should perhaps stick to buying this product directly from the salon in New York.
