I've used a Falster 3 for a couple of years and decided to upgrade to the 6th gen when my battery life dropped under a full day. Sadly, the new model is even worse in that regard.
Pros:
+ Looks
+ Material quality
+ Band availability, although my old gen 3 bands don't fit the new one (22mm vs 20mm)
Cons:
- Battery life is less than a day in normal conditions, half a day if I use GPS at all.
- Settings don't seem to save properly, usually requiring a restart or two before they are memorized.
- My favorite face from gen 3 is no longer available.
It's still a very stylish watch that can go with everything just by changing the band. However, the poor battery life kills it for me.

Fantastic style great bang for your buck.
Love the minimalistic style of the watch, only dislike is I wish battery would last at least three days but I'll settle for two.

- Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2023I really like mine but it does lag a bit or freeze for a few minutes sometimes. Battery lasts most of a day. I really wish I'd gotten a different watch, especially now that skagen discontinued all its smartwatches on Oct 16,2023.
Fossil still makes a similar watch. Skagen is a subsidiary.
Sounds like a contraction in the smartwatch market. I'd buy something more mainstream. Maybe an amazfit or ticwatch. If you have an iPhone, buy an apple watch or amazfit. I have android.
Support is not vanishing. It's a lovely watch. The skagen app works, and the wearos app does too.
In short, I like it but would have chosen differently.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2023Welcome to the world of Skagen! Did you want to turn off the 'always on screen' feature, or turn off the ringer? Better not ever charge it, because those settings will get reset. When you try changing power modes, they won't stick. Custom power mode is not longer a feature in the updated software, so I have to redo multiple settings pretty much daily. Absolute garbage software, these are basic features that should be flawless from the start.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 18, 2023Without any activity battery only lasts 1.5 day before going into dumb mode.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2023The instructions said to charge the watch until it turns on and then set it up. I tried for 8 hours but the watch would never turn on. I tried 3 different chargers so the problem was obviously with the watch. I was very disappointed because I chose this watch after much research and because I really liked the looks of it.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2022This smart watch was just a disappointment. It was the first for my husband, and within 2 days he gave up. I've had them before, so I helped him set it up. He has a Samsung S21Ultra and it would not say connected. The phone connects to everything else with no issues whatsoever. The face would also black out and only have a white outline of what was supposed to be there.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 23, 2022THE GOOD:
--------------
* Runs on official WEAR OS software by Google.
* Latest and greatest snapdragon wear 4100+ processor.
* Aesthetically, beautiful craftsmanship. Love the smoke face with tan wristband look.
* GPS activity mode with the usual counts like steps, heart rate, etc.
* Features SP02 for blood oxygen.
* A plethora of face watch skins to choose from.
* Hardware is equipped with speaker, microphone and buttons that can be customized.
* Magnetic charger included.
THE BAD:
------------
* Nothing at all. But granted I'm coming from a gen 1 Huawei watch. That's like back when smartwatches were in its infancy. So for me, this jump would be worth it. For someone who has been upgrading watches year after year, I can't say how much improvement you're getting. For anybody whose watch is more than 5 yrs old. Wow! Go for it! 5-Stars!
