I’m not sure why this is still being sold but it shouldn’t be. The support for the app that you need to run this device does not exist. If you try to connect it the app will not recognize the device and there is no customer support. This is basically a scam. The support for this app is third party and it seems the company is gone, if you dig down in the internet it seems that there might be a lawsuit again Motorola for this.

Very reliable and easy to set up even if you're not tech savvy!
First of all, I’m not tech-savvy, but I was able to set this up myself with no issues, which says a lot about how easy it is to get started. The system has been a fantastic choice for my family. We live in a 2,000-square-foot home, and with one unit downstairs and another upstairs, the coverage has been perfect. We’re a busy household with several of us working remotely and my children, who are students, often doing homework and school projects at home. I also have two teenagers who love to game, and the Motorola Q14 has handled everything beautifully. We’ve had consistently great speeds and no disruptions or interruptions, even with multiple devices running at once. If you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use mesh network system that works well for a busy family, I would highly recommend this.

I have two of these, and so far they provide the best performance, range, and stability I have ever gotten from a WiFi router. Speeds are always fast, connections stay up even when moving around, and everything connects easily including phones, TV's, laptops, and home automation devices. I can also stay connected in areas of the house and yard where I never used to get a good connection. Can't say enough good stuff about it!
ALSO: The 1-star review makes no sense, this person didn't say anything about the product itself. They are just complaining that it didn't work with their other Motorola product, which it never claims to support. That person needed to do better homework and read the listing, it never claims to work with the MT8733, which is a cable gateway that doesn't have support for mesh, just like almost all other cable gateways. It's an unfair review of the product.
