I have been in the market for a good body pillow for years. Most of them are too thin, resulting in uncomfortable positioning, especially when using them for nighttime. This pillow is massive. So be prepared for the size.
Going in, I knew I was going to need several days to determine what the best “thickness” fit for me would be. Nights one through three I removed fluff from the pillow. By night five, I had it perfect. It has been a fantastic find and made it possible to sleep in positions that I haven’t been able to sleep in for years.
I imagine this being great for individuals who are pregnant, side sleepers, anxious, etc.

Comes with pillowcase & stuffing - a bit heavy and firm
This body pillow is excellent for pregnancy. It is rather firm, but I have found I need that kind of support, so it works well for me. It does come with a bag of extra stuffing and a pillowcase. I love the pillowcase, though it is a bit of a bear to get on and off.Overall, this pillow allows good support for my head and knees. It relieves my hips and belly while sleeping and keeps me sleeping on my side.
