    We source all of our ingredients to be as local and organic as possible. This includes all of our produce as well as the herbs we grow in our own garden! Our meat comes from Mountain Shadow Farms and we are proud to support our local farming communities.

    Composting and Recycling are a top priority in the Crooked Tree Tavern and all of Cooper Spur Mountain Resort. We are proud to be doing our part to keep our mountain and environment clean for many more years of mountain adventure.

  • Home-made

    Our kitchen works diligently to provide meals made from scratch. We bake our own buns, breads and deserts, make all of our own sauces and even grind the meat for the burgers. You won't be disappointed in this home-made meal.
