Artemon is a hilltop village with a surprising number of facilities. Its incredibly beautiful, all the houses are built around the beautiful stone foot paths. So it makes it very pedestrian friendly. Down the lane is Apollonia which is larger and has many shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere, its such a wonderful place to walk with paths going in every direction. In Sifnos they have improved the walking with special marked paths to all the main sights and places. This inspired us to walk - a lot ! To Poulati, Kastro, Chrisopigi, Faro, Platis Yialos, and Kamarai. The paths are the ancient ways, direct, beautiful and away from the road. We went in Easter time, so it was cool enough to walk all day.

For me everything was perfect: nice and smart architecture of the complex, the room spacious with good airconditioning, the generous pool only a few footsteps away from our porch, nice big trees offer shade, the bar was open from early to late, spectacular views. Very friendly staff and owner. This place had a super athmosphere. Great location too.

Very nice traditional village full of beautiful details. A long stairway leads down to Apollonìa and Katavati, without using the main road, in about 15/25 minutes. Until September 14th there are enough buses to go to the most important sites of the island. Then the low season begins. For solo travellers I personally would suggest to stay in Kamares, which is on the beach, because in Artemonas there aren't activities, but trekking, and you have continuosly to take the bus to go to the beach.

The views of our terrace were stunning since we had a view at the sea overlooking at Paros. The property was very clean and the beds comfortable. The location is between Chora and Artemon which makes it really easy to visit both places on foot so it was really central.

Everything is well maintained, spacious car park, great breakfast with breathtaking view, apartments are also perfectly clean.
