Product Description
A Floor Expert That Does It All
Mopping and sweeping are chores none of us really have time for, but are essential for good housekeeping.
It’s time to modernize the way we clean our floors. Just lay back, relax, and leave the work to Narwal.
The award-winning T10 Robot Mop and Vacuum crosses deep cleaning floors off your daily chore list.
Q: How to connect the robot mop to WiFi/APP?
A: The supported network of Narwal T10 is 2.4G WiFi. However, since most routers support both 2.4G and 5G, in order to ensure the machine's stability, it is recommended to switch to 2.4G WiFi when using the robot by following the instructions of your router setup.
Sweep, Mop, Wash and Dry All in One
While other robot mops have a small water reservoir plus a cloth that requires frequent removal for cleaning, Narwal's unique mop system features self-cleaning technology.
That means you will never have a dirty mop. The robot will wash, rinse and dry the mops automatically.
Q: How much space do we need to place the base?
A: The dimension of the base is 15.79*14.09*16.81 inches. To ensure the robot's performance, please place the base station against the wall, maintaining 20 inches(0.5m) on both sides, and 60 inches(1.5m) in front.
30% More Mopping Area
More Efficient Clean
The unique triangle mop pads boast 30% more surface area and deliver more effective and seamless cleaning.
Superior Scrubbing Power
The 180 RPM high-speed spinning pads apply 10N pressure to the floor, much more powerful than manual power.
Q: Does Narwal T10 switch automatically between Mopping & Vacuuming?
A: In order to maximize the mopping performance and avoid dirt caused by the side brushes, the sweeping and mopping modes need to be switched manually, but the process is easy and super quick.
Q: Can this robot mop detect carpet and avoid mopping it?
A: It is recommended to set No-go zones considering the robot is unable to recognize carpets vs. other surfaces. Here are two ways suggested:
a. Use magnetic strips (included in the package) to set up no-go zones
b. Use the Narwal App to set up no-go zones
Weaves throughs Obstacles
Never Bother Kids and Pets
Perfect Edge Navigation technology allows the robot mop to work around obstacles, and in the most efficient way possible.
No Worry of Falling
Built-in cliff sensors keep the mopping robot from falling off ledges or stairways. It can also cross a threshold measuring 0.6 inches high with ease.

Mops Like A BossAchieve that gleaming, shiny, and sparkly finish on your floors with this floor scrubber. The cleaning robot is designed not to mop an area that it has already covered, which helps prevent the spread of dirt. The ultra-fine microfiber mop pads ensure exceptional dirt removal and liquid absorption, yet gentle to the floor. |
Powerful Sweeping & SuctionThe robot mop and vacuum is fitted with 2 special side brushes that lift and loosen tough debris. Highly efficient filter of such robot vacuum mop traps small particles, debris, and unseen allergens with ease. Only makes a rather silent 45dB of noise while mopping (library noise is rated at 40dB) and 65dB while vacuuming. |
Low Battery Auto-rechargeThe base station is engineered with a built-in pump, washboard, and two 1.3-gallon tanks of water–it even dries the mop to prevent the accumulation of unseen substances. The built-in pump and washboard function in tandem to scrub microfiber mops clean. The low battery auto-recharge function means the mop vacuum cleaner will never stop working halfway through mopping. |
Clean Any Room and Any Area You Want
With the mapping function, you can define no-go zones to build virtual barriers for mopping or vacuuming as you wish through the APP. No-go zones can be stored for all future auto-scheduled runs.
Q: What to do if the mop robot doesn't work in the first place or stops working?
A: Please first check the error code and follow the instructions. If it is still not working, please let us know at any time.
Q: What to do if the base works but the robot doesn't turn on or the battery won't charge?
A: Please use a wet cloth and then a dry cloth to wipe the charging electrode of the robot. Then put the robot back in the base station and charge it for at least 5 hours. Then, see if the robot goes back to working normally. If the issue is still not solved, please let us know at any time.
Q: How to deal with error codes?
A: Please refer to the solution to the voice prompt and manual. If it still doesn't work, please let us know at any time.
Q: What to do if the robot is not able to go back to the base?
A: Please try to map again to correct the map data error.(Note: During the map-building process, you can pause and push the robot through the place where the robot cannot go but please do not pick up the robot.) If it still doesn't work, please let us know at any time.

One thing I would say is that for the vacuum, the design is really more for sweeping hard floors, not vacuuming carpet. The draw of this device is almost more about the mop than the vacuum, but the vacuum also works amazing-- for hard surfaces. If you want a heavy duty vacuum that's going to self-empty and deep clean carpets, you will probably need a separate robot vac for that. I think the Narwal is ideal for those who have all hard surface floors or another plan for vacuuming the carpets. Also obviously if you have stairs or a multi-story house, you would have to move it from floor to floor which sounds annoying, I live in an apartment with no stairs and all hard floor surfaces, and I think it's perfect for that.
The app needs to be improved. It feels very beta-version. Setup and getting the device connected to the wifi was very annoying. However, once I got it connected, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever with it disconnecting or error messages or anything like that in the six months I've had it. Trying to set no-go zones and room divisions is annoying. I am very glad they have now finally added the ability to set a recurring schedule for cleanings. Luckily the app can be improved through a software update, so I hope they work on that.
I will say that I haven't used the recurring cleaning setting as much as I thought I would, because you do need to make sure all cords and small items are removed from the floor first, so I do have to do a quick once over of moving things out of the way before I run this. So you can't totally forget about it and just let it run, but pretty close! You just have to empty the vacuum, fill and empty the mop water, and clear the floor. A pretty big improvement over doing it all by hand!
Also, and this is just an idea I had that would make the Narwal even better, it would be amazing if the front of the Narwal had a silicone cover, because it does bump into things, so that would protect both it and the things it bumps into from marks, as well as cut back on the sound of it bumping into things, which is not bad at all but could be even better. It does have a good design where the front of it is slightly retractable, so that provides some absorption of the bumps, but the front of the Narwal being made of silicone would make it even better.
Overall the Narwal is amazing and such high quality and you should definitely take the chance on it!

Run away, do not buy a Narwal product. I purchased a t10 one year ago in March, it started giving me problems and customer service just skated the issue. I change the dust bin every time it vacuums. Now it shuts down giving me a motor error. $1200 down the tube. Buy Shark they work great. Shark is very dependable and clean very well. Shark also empties it own dust bin, no dust bags either.
Shark has a great app, not Narwal. I have had nothing but problems, at first the app and now I am getting a motor error.
Buy Shark.
Do not buy the Narwal products because they do not stand behind them, Sharks are very dependable, clean well and you can buy 5 Shark vacuums for one Narwal. I hope Shark does not see this and raise their prices.
That’s right zero stars, too expensive and does not last.
Do not buy these, the frustration is not worth it.
$1200 waisted.
Do not buy, it’s not worth it.
Run away fast.
Updated May 14, 2023,
If you do not take my word for it, look at all of the other poor reviews. Narwal customer service is nice but not helpful at all.
I started having problems with the robot within having it for about two months. I thought it was just me, I did not read the reviews. Now, after reading many reviews, the problems are very common. At six months or so, the robot disconnected from our Wi-Fi and stopped working. Then would stop during a session and would not reconnect. I have to include to connect to Wi-Fi is very difficult. Now, sometimes the robot works great, then shuts down showing a motor error, then dust bin full, or it just disconnects from Wi-Fi. Again, I thought it was just me, until I read the reviews.
Take our word for it run away for your own good, my shark robot is amazing. I have no personal interest in Shark, just speaking the truth.
Sorry Narwal but the truth hurts.
Updated July 2, 2023, I finally got Narwal to fix the robot. I sent it in and they fixed it for free. When they sent it back they did not have the vacuum module, it took about a week and half to get Narwal to send back the vacuum module.
My intention was to delete my bad review once I got my robot backed. However, to get the robot and base station to connect to my Wi-Fi then to program vacuum times, I reconsidered removing my post. Just to connect using the app is extremely frustrating because it is far from user friendly.
Yep buy Shark, if this robot worked all of the time I would buy another one but to deal with their customer service and the app, no way.
Top reviews from other countries
I bought a T10 at the price of $999. The robot still cannot be connected to WIFI after I tried a million times. Always connection failed. I tried as the introduction book suggested and looked up online and it still didn't work. The connection issue not just happened to me, but lot of people complain about this.
And then I accidentally found best buy started selling exactly the same thing for $899. I talked to amazon that I want to return it because it doesn't work and also best buy has a better price. Amazon said they cannot do price match and I have to pay for the postage myself even though it's the robot's problem.
So basically I wasted a whole afternoon and $80 postage, and get nothing. Meanwhile, my friend bought one from best buy for $899, it worked, and best buy even send 2 packs of cleaning sheet for free!
Don't recommend buying this from Amazon. Most terrible experience ever.
Overall the robot does the job and has no significant issues. Swipes well and mops extremely well. You will need to manually change the swiping and mopping adapters. Robot has dust collecting bin inside itself that has to be cleaned manually. Robot doesn't have a built-in water tank. It uses the external one located in base self-cleaning station, where it comes to to wash the mopping pads. Dirty water goes into used water tank and the robot uses a fresh water tank to self-clean. After about 2 complete property mopping cycles you have to drain dirty water from tank 1 and fill fresh water to tank 2.
All advanced features require to use the App that is glitchy and cannot connect to WiFi (2.4 Ghz). So you may end up with automatic mopping activated by the button on the robot itself without advanced features.
