Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to get my custom rug from the moment I order?
All Orders are processed within 5 hours, and we start making your custom piece right away. The whole process, from shearing, spinning, and dying the wool to weaving, washing, and transporting the rug, takes roughly 2 to 3 weeks. In the winter months, the drying process takes a bit longer, so please allow an additional 1 week for delivery.
How much does shipping cost? How much will I have to pay in tax and Duties?
For shipments to the USA, UK, and Europe, it's on us. All of our prices include the cost of shipping (Taxes/customs not included).
For international orders, it depends on where you live. Shipping rates will populate during checkout.
If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged where applicable. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by us and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law. As for Duties, they do not apply to shipments to the USA.
ALL destinations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in your final purchase price.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as we mark the item as shipped, You'll receive an Email with the tracking number to follow its journey across the world!
Is there a way to get my rug sooner?
In a rush? Send us a note, and we'll do everything we can to accelerate the process, but remember Art takes time!
What do I do if my rug is damaged during shipping?
We take all precautions to keep your rug safe in transit, but if something happens along the way, don't worry. Drop us s message, and we'll make it right!
What are my delivery options?
All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL from Morocco.
How long does delivery take once my order has shipped?
All items are shipped by air from Morocco, so your order shouldn't take more than 3-5 business days between the time it takes off and when it arrives at your door.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Unfortunately, FedEx and DHL do not allow for weekend delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order, you have until 5 Hours to cancel and receive a refund. Because every piece is made just for you, entirely by hand, orders cannot be canceled past this deadline
