Very attentive staff going above and beyond to help guests with any need or request, especially Avi who worked on the front desk, he made sure everything was just perfect for my stay. Extremely clean and spacious rooms, nicely designed with a minimalist and modern look whilst keeping the colonial feel. Location was perfect being right in the centre of the fort. Complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour was also a really nice touch and the restaurant was really nice serving amazing food.

Our stay at Fort Bazaar was excellent. The decor and facilities were lovely with so many nice areas to sit, a lovely restaurant and bar. Our host Avishka was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking a day trip through the hotel and always on hand to check we were having a good time. All the staff at the hotel and service was 10/10. The complimentary happy hour and afternoon tea are nice touches, making this feel like a home away from home. Our suite room was great and there is even a library area to sit and read and look out over the courtyard. The location of the hotel is right in the centre of the Fort (the old town) so you can step out of the hotel and start exploring right away. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel highly.

Excellent location. What makes this hotel is the amazing staff. So friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and cleaned every day to a very high standard. Food was great and always served with a smile and a kind word. Particular mention for Naveen, the hotel driver. Polite, warm and a real gentleman. Hotel was beautiful, stylishly furnished, and wonderfully rennovated heritage building. Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were exceptional - felt like a family. The food was exquisite. Rate included breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour drinks which was a pleasant surprise and just delicious. This hotel has been done brilliantly and will definitely look to stay in more of the group hotels in future.
