In the unfortunate event of your purchase being broken/damaged during shipping, please message me ASAP with pictures of all broken items and packing materials. This is mandatory for insurance claims as USPS policy, you will not receive a refund until these are received.

Only items that were shipped via USPS Priority Mail or with insurance purchased are accepted for a refund.

Broken items that were part of a set will be refunded proportionate to the cost of the whole set.

No, unfortunately gift wrap is not an option due to high cost of shipping and amount of safety wrap used per item. We use a lot of packaging bubbles and peanuts!
