It is far too noisy, not from people and commerce but from car noise. The cars sound like they are racing and have intentionally loud revving sounds. Thru the middle of the night.

They charged me for things I prepaid for. It feels fraudulent. Everything in the room has a pricetag to use. I paid a lot for this hotel, I didn't need to feel like I was also getting nickle and dimed for anything including things I prepaid for. I was also assured by the staff prior to my breakfast that it was covered by my room, then they charged my credit card anyways.

We were upgraded to the presidential suite which was quite a pleasant surprise! Everyone and everything went well - so thank you. Just a small observation and only because it’s the presidential suite, otherwise I wouldn’t care. It would have been a nicer touch if cups and saucers were available for my coffee instead of paper cups.
