This product works as intended and fits me well (however, unless you have super skinny legs it's unlikely that the arm bands would fit around your high as shown in the picture). I'm a 5'7 female that weighs around 150 lbs. I really appreciate the 6 different settings that are offered (e.g., fat burning, sit-ups, acupressure, massage) and the range from level 1-15 provides a lot of room to gradually increase the intensity over time. I've only been using it for 2-3 weeks (usually 4-5 times a week) but have already noticed better definition in my arms! The design is really sleek and doesn't take up much space and the quality of the product matched my expectations - it's well made and sturdy. While it's not intended to replace traditional exercise, it's a great supplement to exercise to help improve definition and build strength/endurance in the targeted muscle groups. I like to use it when watching TV at the end of the day.
