Phone seems to meet our needs. I must comment on the terrible service at Verizon stores in our area. You can enter the store and there is usually a long wait 45-60 minutes. Employees at some locations give no indication how long the wait may be. They tell you to take a seat and then ignore you. Unfortunately, Verizon is the only carrier that has phone service in our area or I would switch to some other carrier. Same long waits when you call Verizon. And many employees give the impression that they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.
